2. If we require more information or are able to suggest someone potentially suitable, we will contact you

3. After suggesting someone potentially suitable; on mutual agreement, we connect the two of you

4. Either/both of you update us

5. We review and move forward accordingly


1. We shall look at your Form and identify your needs and arrange for a Caseworker to contact you

2. The trained Caseworker may visit you in your home-setting or may do a Zoom call or Phone call, depending on circumstances and establish the exact requirements

3. The Caseworker will present your case to NSL Team for consideration of provision of Support needed

4. The Team will make the decision and assist in organizing the provision of the needed Support

5. Your Caseworker will continue to keep in touch with you
